Los Angeles, CA Full Disclosure Network® is releasing on the Internet, a thirteen minute audio interview with Richard I Fine, a 70 year old prominent attorney who has been held in civil contempt of court since March 4, 2009 after he attempted to disqualify a judge who had admitted to accepting illegal payments from a party involved in the case.

Fine is using all his legal and political resources to expose Judicial corruption from the solitary confinement of an L. A. County Central Men’s jail cell. The phone call audio is available at the following URL where a transcript download and court records are available. http://www.fulldisclosure.net/news/2009/07/9-1-1-call-from-70-year-old-attorney.html

ISOLATED, FINE DICTATES HIS LEGAL BRIEFS FROM MEMORY
This was the third phone call interview conducted by Full Disclosure Network® with Fine who called on Friday, July 31, 2009 to describe his “State of Emergency” regarding the judicial corruption that was hampering his legal efforts to be released from jail.

ILLEGAL INCARCERATION & IRREPARABLE HARM
Fine wrote in his Emergency Motion to the 9th Circuit Court of Appeal of a “Code Judicial Protection” that was circumventing his due process and the Federal Procedures (Writ of Habeas Corpus)to obtain immediate release from his “unlawful incarceration. He states that the incarceration is causing irepparable and immediate injury and undue financial hardship including the loss of his home and physical pain and suffering.”

JUDICIAL BENEFITS & COURT CORRUPTION SERIES
The Full Disclosure Network® is following a number of court cases all involving the illegal payments made by the County of Los Angeles to Los Angeles Superior Court judges who have presided over cases involving the county. Mr. Fine points out in his court documents that between 2005 and 2008 cases involving the County of Los Angeles, that were heard by a judge, were decided 100 percent in favor of the County with only two exceptions, this according to the County Counsel’s Litigation Report to the Board of Supervisors.
