State Of Emergency: Attorney’s Jail Cell Phone Call Reveals Alleged Judicial Abuse & Corruption On Full Disclosure Network ®

This was the third phone call interview conducted by Full Disclosure Network® with Fine who called on Friday, July 31, 2009 to describe his “State of Emergency” regarding the judicial corruption that was hampering his legal efforts to be released from jail.

ILLEGAL INCARCERATION & IRREPARABLE HARM
Fine wrote in his Emergency Motion to the 9th Circuit Court of Appeal of a “Code Judicial Protection” that was circumventing his due process and the Federal Procedures (Writ of Habeas Corpus)to obtain immediate release from his “unlawful incarceration. He states that the incarceration is causing irepparable and immediate injury and undue financial hardship including the loss of his home and physical pain and suffering.”

JUDICIAL BENEFITS & COURT CORRUPTION SERIES
The Full Disclosure Network® is following a number of court cases all involving the illegal payments made by the County of Los Angeles to Los Angeles Superior Court judges who have presided over cases involving the county. Mr. Fine points out in his court documents that between 2005 and 2008 cases involving the County of Los Angeles, that were heard by a judge, were decided 100 percent in favor of the County with only two exceptions, this according to the County Counsel’s Litigation Report to the Board of Supervisors.
