CRMS 2.0 is commercially available for dental payer consultant teams to optimize their own utilization review processes. CRMS 2.0 tracks individual claim status, assigns each claim to a dental consultant, and sends information request letters to practices for additional images. Dashboards present to leaders a continuous view of key performance indicators including total savings, claims mix, as well as turnaround performance, to ensure compliance with regulatory reporting requirements.
