On 1 November 2024, the winners of the competition will celebrate their success at the Red Dot Award Ceremony. We are expecting around 1,500 international guests at the Konzerthaus Berlin for this occasion.

The Red Dot Design Award is one of the most prestigious design competitions in the world. Participants can enter products, brands and communication projects as well as prototypes and design concepts in three disciplines. For each award, a jury meets annually to assess the submissions individually and then decide on the awards.

The Red Dot Design Award can look back on almost 70 years of history: in 1955, a jury came together for the first time to assess the best designs of the time. In the 1990s, Red Dot CEO Professor Dr Peter Zec developed the name and brand of the award.
