Frederick L. Kramer graduated from the University of Pennsylvania in 1962 with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in English. After a year in Law School at George Washington University, he departed on a lifelong journey. This memoir depicts his first of 5 journeys to the Amazon in Peru and Brazil and beginning when he was 23 years old. Mr. Kramer is also the publisher and author of The White House Gardens and Fredgie: El Carnavalesco.
