Sue Ann Matinkhah’s “Splish Splash Water” will be displayed by self-publishing and book marketing company ReadersMagnet at the 2023 LibLearnX: The Library Learning Experience. The event will occur on January 27–30, 2023, at the Ernest N. Morial Convention Center, New Orleans, LA. Sue Ann Matinkhah’s newly-published children’s book explains the various relevance of water. Children can learn about water’s value in life and the planet by reading “Splish Splash Water.” Its contents revolve around the fact that there wouldn’t be any life on Earth without water.

Water is one of the most vital elements on which the planet Earth is based, covering 71% of the land area. The book discusses why only water can be found naturally on Earth in three states: solid (ice), liquid (water), and vapor (gas). Water on Earth is always there; only its location varies. Using simple words, Sue details how water transforms to vapor with the help of the sun, creating clouds that move with the aid of the wind and fill with vapor to produce rain, snow, or hail.

“Splish Splash Water” also talks about how water is used to manage and bring joy to many other aspects of a person’s life. People need water to clean themselves, prepare food, and help their pets and surroundings stay clean. Many fun and exciting activities can be done using or with water. The book introduces some of these activities that children can truly enjoy. Every educator, parent, or librarian will be delighted to have a copy of Sue’s book.
