Donna Livingston Shares Helpful Tips to Create Awareness for both Children and Parents

Ventnor City, NJ – WEBWIRE

“Courage to Tell” is a wonderful yet useful children’s book story that discussed awareness and knowledge to children to disclose to parents or guardians any form of abuse. It paves the way to prevent untoward abuse and educate young ones as they are the most vulnerable victim of abuse.

“Have you talked to your children about predators? One in four girls and one in six boys are sexually abused before the age of eighteen and never disclose their abuse. One in every four girls will be raped in college. The predator can be anyone, not only a stranger in the park but a teacher, a community leader, a family friend, or a family member. What is your plan to protect your children?” This book will help parents to have a conversation with their children, and to Tell, Tell, Tell if anyone inappropriately touches them. The author does not want any other children to be abused as she has gone through, a worse thing being a victim from age six to eleven and never telling anyone.

Use this storybook to have that discussion with your children and teach them the appropriate way. Knowledge and awareness are power to resist and not be victimized by any form of abuse.

This inspiring worth turning-page book is best to share with family, friends, and young ones.
