Forbes announced that Ali Intres has been promoted to Chief Human Resources Officer, reporting to Forbes CEO Mike Federle. In this role, Intres will lead the HR organization for Forbes, encompassing recruitment, training and development, benefits administration, HR systems, culture and inclusion, and more.

Intres, who joined Forbes as SVP of Human Resources & Talent Management in 2020, is an industry veteran with a notable background in media and advertising who will continue to propel Forbes’ people-first culture forward. Intres’ passion for Forbes’ purpose-driven mission has been a driving force in many accomplishments during her tenure, including the rollout of more widespread health benefits, an innovative compensation structure, a hybrid work model, flexible time off, career development and training, and a prioritization of business resource groups (BRGs) to highlight, support and nurture Forbes employees.
