Three UK appoints Matt Ward as Head of MVNO

Three UK announces the appointment of Matt Ward as Head of MVNO. In this role, Matt will be responsible for driving the strategy and commercial performance of its MVNO business in the UK.

Matt has over 20 years of experience in the telecoms industry, spanning enterprise, consumer, IOT and wholesale markets. Having previously held a number of senior leadership roles at Vodafone, Matt originally joined Three UK as Head of MVNO in 2014. During the five years that followed, he helped Three UK’s MVNO business grow exponentially.

Matt re-joins the Three business from Lycamobile, where he served as Chief Commercial Officer for two years and was responsible for their network relationships in 23 markets as well as the expansion of the business into new markets across the globe.

This is an exciting time to join Three UK as the company is investing £2bn+ to deliver the UK’s fastest 5G network and has recently extended its deal with Dixons Carphone, providing them continued access to its network for iD mobile.
