Author Teaches Kids How to Love the Environment with Whimsical New Children’s Book

Author Ken Hauk spins a fantastic, magical world that depicts the current state and issues in the environment in his children’s book, “Stumperland.”

“Stumperland” is an entertaining children’s fiction that contains a lot of humor and action. On a deeper sense, it sends a message of positivity and environmental consciousness.

In this book, author Hauk shares the wonderful story of Woodward Stumpingham, a 3,000-year-old great sequoia tree that creates a magical forest that has the ability to restore all the sick, dying animals and nature back to life. He makes it his mission to save the earth and assembles six heroes, whom he calls the Positive Force, sending them out to the real world to carry out this imperative duty.

Woodward Stumpingham’s heroes include two chimpanzees Mookie and Dookie, two magical Doolie trucks called the Doolie brothers and two orphan boys named Malibu Mitch and MT II. Together, they are tasked to fight the Negators, bad people who do not care about saving the earth. Ultimately, wise, old Woodward sends out the Positive Force as his emissaries who will prevent the destruction of the earth by teaching the kids the secret of the universe.

“Stumperland” is unique, funny and educational. The environmental issues presented in its pages help kids learn about the environment and about the actions they can take to help.
