About the Author
While the author is now a millennial navigating the twenty-something world of adulthood, at the time that the book was written she had barely surpassed “teen” status or the accompanying hodge podge of emotions, awkwardness, doubt, and becomingness. Her passion for writing and illuminating the “everyday overlooked things” remains as she currently works towards earning her PhD. She aspires to be a professor, a profession that satisfies her desires to teach, research, impact, and never stop learning.
