Respected Colorado Homebuilder, Berkeley Homes, Lands Two MAME Awards for Its Impressive New Home Collection in Parker’s Coveted Timbers Community

Denver-based homebuilder, Berkeley Homes was recently honored with two Marketing and Merchandising Excellence Awards at the recent MAME Awards Gala held in early November at the Hyatt Regency – Colorado Convention Center.
 
MAME Awards honor top achievers in the new home industry. The awards are comprised of marketing, sales, interior design, architectural and builder awards. Each year, MAME Awards are presented by the Metro Denver Homebuilders Association’s Sales & Marketing Council to those who set the standard of excellence in the Denver home building industry.
 
Berkeley Homes’ Timbers Collection won two prestigious MAME Awards:
 

• A Gold Award for Best Architectural Design of a Model Detached Home – 3,200 to 3,600 sq. ft.
• A Silver Award for Best Interior Merchandising of a Model Detached Home – Priced over $850,000.
