Lockheed Martin Announced as An Official Supporter of The Invictus Games The Hague 2020

Lockheed Martin (NYSE: LMT) is proud to announce it will be an Official Supporter of the Invictus Games The Hague 2020, presented by Jaguar Land Rover. A partner at the Games in Toronto 2017 and Sydney 2018, Lockheed Martin is working to continue its steadfast support for wounded, injured or sick men and women who serve, or served, in the armed forces.

The Invictus Games use the power of sport to inspire recovery, support rehabilitation and generate a wider understanding of and respect for those who serve their country, and for their loved ones. The Games in 2020 come at a particularly symbolic time as the world recognizes the 75th anniversary of the end of World War II.

The next Invictus Games will be held in The Hague May 9-16, 2020; and will feature 500 competitors and 1,000 Friends & Family from 19 different countries. During the Games, Lockheed Martin will offer attendees the opportunity to visit a full-scale model of the F-35 as well as other activities.

From 9 to 16 May 2020 the Zuiderpark, The Hague will be transformed into the Invictus Games Park. 500 competitors from 19 countries will participate in ten adaptive sporting events, joined by 1000 family and friends.

The Invictus Games is an international sporting event for wounded, injured and sick service personnel and veterans. The Invictus Games use the power of sport to stimulate recovery, support rehabilitation and generate broader understanding and respect for the men and women who serve or have served their country.
