Colorful Children’s Book Teaches Kids the Importance of Caring

Grand Ridge, IL 61325 – WEBWIRE

Learning the essential values in life doesn’t have to be boring for children. Author Kathleen Geiger makes sure of that and releases a colorful and exciting sequel of “Farmer Beau’s Farm.” This second book entitled “An Adventure Awaits,” is also illustrated by Adam Musk.

With its setting still at the farm of Farmer Beau, Kailey Kitten and Sammy Bunny welcome another member to the family, Malissa Giraffe. She is from the zoo that Farmer Beau and his wife Bamma visited a few months earlier. The zoo closed, so the keeper asked him if he could take Malissa Giraffe.

After the awkward moments of silence, the three animals get to talk to each other. Malissa Giraffe has brought new excitement to the farm’s already fun environment. Sammy Bunny, Kailey Kitten, and Malissa Giraffe have agreed to go on an adventure. What happens there enabled them to care for each other more.

Kathleen makes this book to be an easy read for kids as she has granddaughters herself. She uses her books to teach them valuable lessons in life without being preachy. Her way of writing stimulates children to raise questions and gives a chance for parents to explain- a great way to spark a conversation.

Let your kids and the child in you enjoy this book. Copies are available at Amazon.com.
