Debut Author Writes Personal Testimony of a Life Rife with Sins until His Discovery of the Magnificence of God

"The Habitation of Devils: Why God Doesn’t Act" by Dan R. Overfield

Red Deer, Alberta, Canada – WEBWIRE

In The Habitation of Devils, Dan Overfield shares his own mistakes, sins, and weaknesses in the hope that they will prevent readers from going through the same sort of personal tragedy he experienced.

In Dan Overfield’s “The Habitation of Devils: Why God Doesn’t Act”, one finds a book that tells you outright of the absence of judgment as you read along and discover the lapses and miscalculations that you’ve made in life.

“The Habitation of Devils” is the author’s personal truths – he outlines and illustrates his past transgressions, his vulnerability that led to weaknesses, and the tragedies he endured. In searing honesty, Dan Overfield shares all of these in the hope that others see what they can prevent and avoid in enjoying the precious commodity called life.

Although it wasn’t easy, the author writes how he paused himself after a jolting realization hit him – reviewing his past, examining his present, and laying out his future. When he had satisfactorily accomplished this self-introspection, he led himself to a transformation that was manageable and underwent a massive change of personality and perspective.

This change is his testament to the glory and magnificence of God and Jesus Christ, now captured in words to form this book. Through the author’s examination of earthly shortcomings and Biblical truths, the book aims to kickstart one’s path to a life full of meaning and promises.

“The Habitation of Devils: Why God Doesn’t Act” will be displayed in the upcoming Word on the Street, the biggest literary events in Canada this year on June 9 in Saskatoon, September 14 in Halifax, on September 21 in Lethbridge, and lastly on September 22 in Toronto. Grab a copy of his book at Amazon and your favorite online book retailers.
