Dr. Donatus Kaufmann agrees with Supervisory Board on consensual termination of his mandate as member of the Executive Board of thyssenkrupp AG

In the context of the strategic and structural realignment of the thyssenkrupp Group, Dr. Donatus Kaufmann, member of the Executive Board of thyssenkrupp AG, today reached an agreement with the Supervisory Board of thyssenkrupp AG to end his mandate as a member of the Executive Board of thyssenkrupp AG by mutual agreement. Dr. Donatus Kaufmann will leave the Executive Board of thyssenkrupp AG and the company effective September 30, 2019.

Dr. Donatus Kaufmann has been a member of the Executive Board of thyssenkrupp AG since February 1, 2014. He is responsible for Legal and Compliance, Technology, Innovation and Sustainability as well as for the regions North America and Western Europe.
