Mezera’s effort is a compilation of poems that narrates her struggles and triumphs as she went through depression. She shares how anxiety and self-doubt affected her life in many ways and how she overcame these challenges through time.

“Going through the ups and downs . . . is a dark and trying time. If I can offer comfort to others, then I am more than willing to share my poems with them,” said the author.
