Author and musician Pleze Raybon republishes his book “The Truth”

His new edition covers more veracious and unveiled riff of the Scriptures.

Raybon also retold another misleading spiritual construction when a pastor at a faith church one Sunday prayed for a certain churchgoer for having a spirit of fear. Although he was grateful for the pastor and the rest of the congregants for being sensitive to the spirit, Raybon differs to that kind of spiritual construction since “God has not given us a spirit of fear, but of power, love and of a sound mind” (2 Timothy 1:7). This verse tells readers that fear, even doubting, is a result of little or a lack of faith.

About the Author

Pleze Raybon was born on April 23, 1950 in the small town of Winnfield, LA. He went to Pinecrest High school and learned to play the trumpet where he played with different local bands. He graduated in 1968 and moved to Michigan in 1969 with hopes of performing the likes of Motown. However, it never came into fruition, so he joined a group called Martini in the mid-70s and performed alongside Carolyn Franklin. In 1979 Pleze had a life-changing experience by accepting Jesus Christ as the Lord. He has recorded two gospel CDs “The Comforter” and “Amalgamated Love.” He has also appeared in special performances for the luminaries like Dr. Myles Munroe, Kingsley Fletcher and Rev Jefferson Edwards. Now, nothing stops Pleze from writing two movie scripts and he prays seeing them on the big screen someday.
