This book was awesome...kept me turning the pages wondering what was going to happen next! I look forward to with great anticipation to read the next book! -Amazon Review

If you are intriguingly curious about the inner workings of a movie production, then Nancy Storment’s fiction, “Adventure No More, Please” is exactly what you need. Set against the glamour of a celebrity-fueled world, the novel breaks down for you the exciting, and the less thrilling machinery of shooting movies. The book’s heroine, Danielle, is living a dream job, until it took her to a romantic place that forced her to brood on her loneliness. Not a minute later, however, a chance encounter with a magnetic man seemed to take a page from the movies she helped shape by turning her life from empty-idyllic into a reel-to-real risk-taking.

Nancy Storment carefully writes this story with patience, building the characters’ foundation into an arc that is at once unexpected, but heartwarming. It isn’t surprising how she developed her story; after all, she has been a school educator most of her life, which required an enormous skill of displaying and demonstrating patience. As a result, she has created an enjoyable read that is well-spread with adventure, mystery, and romance.

The one remarkable character of this book, is the novelty of emphasizing the seamless, not-too-loud incorporation of faith-based living. The characters struggled, but unfailing in their demonstration of the strength of faithfulness to their respective spirituality. Nancy Torment wrote for us real characters, and they almost leap out at us, so we can easily live them out.

“Adventure No More, Please” is scheduled to display at the upcoming The Word on the Street Book Event on September 21 and 22, 2019 in Toronto, Ontario Canada. Grab a copy of the book in Amazon.

About the Author
Teenagers used to occupy most of Nancy’s time. As a school teacher and an administrator, the school’s schedule dominated her time, and writing was a hobby. Now retired, writing is her passion, and it is easy for her to lose track of time, but thankfully, her husband, two daughters, four grand-children, and her great-granddaughter all understand.

Nancy writes to entertain her readers, to encourage them through the characters, and above all, to show that faith in Christ and love for others should be a natural part of life. Faith, family, and friends keep her actively writing and serving.
