There isn’t a gamut of multi-genre writers tapping profoundly into their life experiences that transcend into our lives as a guiding principle, escapism from the banality, and thrills like a roller-coaster ride. After serving in WWII, Angelo Crapanzano came home and graduated as an Electronic Engineer from the Cleveland State University. He built a distinguished career, resulting in several patents in Aircraft Electronics. In his retirement, he wrote books that were as entertaining as they were abstract.

In “A Different Time, Different Earth” his engineering career takes flight into science fiction wherein two advanced-but-buried societies are accidentally discovered, and the technologies unearthed threaten a new level of extinction. Meanwhile, “Notorious Casolini” is based on real-life events, recreating a romanticized 1900’s, Sicilian, small-town corruption and its far-reaching tentacles into a close-knit family’s peaceful existence. Passion, murder, rage and revenge fill every chapter, making it a rousing read. Continuing this romantic wave, at 90-years old, he then embarked on detailing five love stories including his own for “Novel Romances.” From the intriguing romances of Hollywood actresses as personally related to him, to the blossoming of his own, he wrote about love unusually and unexpectedly, building appeal from start to finish.

Finally, in “The Hand of God” is a book cognizant of the thirst for learning about God and divinity. Simultaneously, it answers to the unbelievers questioning the belief in God.

With his writings, it is almost as if he is advising on the best way to maximize the pleasure of living the highs and lows. The best feature to Angelo Crapanzano’s stories is that it allows one to become a participant, as open-endings are wont to do.
