The Ukrainian Matchmakers Alliance invites all interested parties to attend our third conference to be held exclusively on May 22,2019, during the first day of the iDate Dating Agency Conference (May 22-24, 2019).
 
iDate is the industry’s longest running and largest conference.  iDate will host the Ukrainian Matchmakers Alliance event along with their highly successful and well-respected founders.
 
The 56th iDate Internet Dating and Dating Agency Conference in Kiev is the industry’s 4^th annual niche event focusing on the premium international dating and dating agency market. It is for major players within the matchmaking space.
 
The UMA pre-event features a number of speakers who have many years of experience in matchmaking in Ukraine and each brings a wealth of specific expertise to the conference. Led by Alex Pinto and Natalia Koval, the pre-event aims to equip and educate businesses offering or interested in offering matchmaking services in Ukraine.
 
The pre-conference will cover:
 
• Strategies on how to create an effective matchmaking department within your company and how to maintain ongoing excellent service standards
 
• Customer relationship management processes to organize work, track leads and communicate with colleagues and clients

Ukrainian Matchmakers Alliance was founded by Alex Pinto and Natalia Koval to certify and regulate company members to ensure compliance with best practices and a code of honor within the Ukrainian matchmaking market.
 
The Ukrainian Matchmakers Alliance is a patented legal association that offers membership to the best matchmakers and premium dating agencies in Ukraine. Their aim is to unite and support professionals, holding them to high standards and a code of honor to encourage the best matching service and excellent reputation.
