The author culled little-know information about Jesus from works by authors as diverse as Albert Schweitzer, Karen Armstrong, Raymond E. Brown, Bart D. Ehrman, and Morton Smith. As a result, he presents compendium on both the life and origins of Jesus and the histories of the Israelites and of Christianity.
