Chromebook audio is now available for Airtame users
Chromebook users can now share audio to the big screen
Airtame, a Danish startup that produces a wireless HDMI solution for both business and education sectors, announced that Chromebook audio is now available as part of their updated app experience.
“The new app update is a big win for Chromebook users,” says Simon Hansen, Product Manager at Airtame. “A lot of school environments have several Chromebook users as part of their audience and giving them the chance to share audio as well will make their experience more seamless.”
Airtame recently released their biggest update yet; their new product, Airtame 2. Airtame 2 has better components than its precursor, delivering faster updates, longer wireless range, and a more flexible setup - to name a few. With the new and improved device, Airtame 2 users can look forward to streaming heavier content and digital signage solutions, which will help schools and businesses put an end to blank screens.
About Airtame
Airtame is a wireless screen mirroring solution that allows you to instantly display content from any laptop or mobile device, to any display. Its multifunctional use case means that it can also be used as a digital signage solution.
Airtame started out as a record-breaking crowdfunding campaign in 2014 during which they raised a total of $ 1.3M. Since then, Airtame has grown into a company with over 90 people from across the world and a second-gen hardware product, Airtame 2, released in October, 2018.
The company is based in Copenhagen with other offices in New York and San Francisco.
