Cola Holdings Acquires Prestigious Kensington Hilton Hotel for £260m

Adding to a diverse portfolio of U.K.-based properties and investment interests, Cola Holdings is pleased to announce its latest acquisition, that of the acclaimed Kensington Hilton, a 603-room flagship luxury hotel, situated just west of Kensington Gardens in the lush Holland Park community of London.

Acquired for over £260m GBP, the Kensington Hilton builds upon a Cola Holdings portfolio that includes however is not limited to London luxury hotels such as the Kensington Close, W8, and the Westbury, W1. The Kensington Hilton offers distinctly unique facilities, including spacious suites, contemporary furnishings, a stunning gym and sauna and throughout, decor befitting “…the quaint enclave between Kensington and Notting Hill”.
