“Michael S. Vassel knows how to elicit all human responses in Fine Again, from sadness, to joy, hope and love. His dialogue is expertly authentic,” - Erin Nicole Cochran of Hollywood Book Reviews

Losing someone you love is devastating. Sometimes the person suffers such great emotional agony that they start to feel the pain physically. In his first published novel, Michael S. Vassel shows a man’s struggle to overcome grief.
Fine Again is the story of Mike and how he copes with his grief and pain after he loses his love, Amy. Mike starts a diary containing what seem to be messages for Amy. Throughout his confrontation with sorrow, he starts to reflect on his past personal and romantic relationships while keeping the hope of someday being fine again.
Even though the book has only been recently published, it has already garnered positive reviews from Reader’s Favorite and Hollywood Book Reviews. The novel’s narrative was cleanly done and the dialogues were realistic, allowing readers to believe the novel more of a memoir than fiction.
“Michael S. Vassel knows how to elicit all human responses in Fine Again, from sadness, to joy, hope and love. His dialogue is expertly authentic,” says Erin Nicole Cochran of Hollywood Book Reviews.
