In his book, Tom Harbin, MD reveals the harrowing truth of hospital politics that allow the series of events to turn from worse to worst. He says he wrote this book because of his involvement in some events and how he “witnessed the destruction of the academic careers of two courageous faculty members who spoke up to try to prevent damage to patients.” Because of this, he wishes to set the records straight and hopefully bring redemption to the two doctors and their reputation.
