Asbestos to be removed from California Library before its Conversion into a Correctional Facility

Recently, KRCR broadcasted a report about the Tehama County Library building that is scheduled to be converted into a 64 bed jail facility for the Northern California County. According to the news story, before the conversion of the aging facility can take place, asbestos must be remediated from the building.
