Chicago Mold and Air Quality Testing Laboratory Offers Free HVAC for the Indoor Air Quality Professional Workshop

EMSL Analytical, Inc. is offering a free workshop, HVAC for the Indoor Air Quality Professional, on Tuesday, August 14^th in Elmhurst, Illinois. This one-day training is being taught by a renowned Indoor Air Quality expert and trainer, Ian Cull, PE, CIH, of Indoor Sciences, Inc.

This workshop will cover the fundamentals of both commercial and residential HVAC systems, emphasizing the impact on indoor air quality (IAQ). Topics will include ventilation, filtration, pressurization, moisture control and system hygiene. Attendees will learn how equipment such as heat exchangers, evaporator coils, cooling towers, economizers, humidifiers, VAV boxes and ductwork can have a positive or negative effect on IAQ. This training will also discuss how to evaluate the HVAC system during an indoor environmental assessment.
