Entrepreneurs interested in participating in Braskem Labs Challenge, a program of the Braskem Labs platform that seeks startup solutions for internal challenges of the company, can make their submissions until August 11 at www.braskemlabs.com/challenge . The program will select startups with solutions for challenges from several areas, and the selected ones will have the opportunity to implement a pilot in industrial units or administrative areas of Braskem.

To participate, startups should present solutions that meet at least one of the UN 17 Sustainable Development Goals. They will also undergo a selective process that will verify the stage in which the company is, its potential to solve the challenge proposed, the solution’s adherence to the subject of the challenge chosen at the time of submission, and the degree of innovation of the proposed solution.

After the sign-up period, the selected startups participate on a Pitch Day, scheduled to take place in September, with the presence of internal Braskem teams that will choose the ones that will have the opportunity to develop a pilot project proposal in partnership with the company during an immersion week. If the pilot is approved and successful, the startup may become a supplier or partner of the company.
