MONTREAL, Canada – July 17, 2018 - FleetMind Solutions, the award-winning technology leader for “smart truck” systems, announced today the hire of new sales and customer development representation for the East and West Coast US regions. John Tkachenko will lead FleetMind’s East Coast activities and brings in-depth fleet technology expertise to the team. Frank Flores will be responsible for West Coast efforts with a proven track record in waste collection operations management.

John Tkachenko’s career spans over 12 years in the technology sector with an emphasis on telematics, software as a service (SaaS) and Internet-of-Things (IoT). His sales and customer development career spans Novatel Wireless, Fleetmatics and Ricoh Americas Corporation. His understanding of technology and its applicability to solve customer problems has earned him numerous honors and long-standing client relationships.

A waste industry veteran, Frank Flores has over 28 years of solid waste, recycling (MRF) and transfer station management experience. Previously, he has held senior positions with Allied Waste where he was responsible for the routing optimization, auditing and service area development for 12 US states. In addition, Frank served in senior customer service management capacities with Republic Services where he oversaw a variety of operational projects. Frank has a proven track record of working with municipalities to perform audits and effectively manage environmental services. He is an active member of SWANA, NWRA and local chapters of solid waste organizations.
