Begin the intriguing adventure with each book of the Adralack trilogy.

Writing a trilogy was a challenging journey for Beauford E. Averette; however, the challenge resulted to an excellent fusion of science and supernatural. Starting the three-part series is The Adralack Crack on Mt. Baker that talks about an expedition of four university professors who took shelter in a cave that changed their lives forever.

The book revolves around professors Larry, Arthur, Adrian, and Delbert. On their winter climb to Mt. Baker, the four were caught in an avalanche. They took temporary shelter in a cave with Larry in the lead, but upon entering, he disintegrates and disappears. The remaining three tried to search for Larry, but the search rescue was unsuccessful. Within the novel’s pages, the characters struggle talking to each other as tension rises and infidelity occurs. Friendship, loyalty, and humane desires are tested as secrets and crimes unfold.

Apart from the supernatural encounters and science, the book offers excellent action scenes that will arouse the imagination of readers. “Averette’s descriptions of the avalanche, a tunnel cave-in, and the story’s climatic denouement are taut and suspenseful,” says BlueInk Review.
