Robert W. Foster is a retired civil engineer and currently resides in Hopkinton, Massachusetts. He graduated from the University of Vermont in 1955, also serving as a United States Air Force pilot. Though retired, he continues providing construction review consultations, dispute resolutions, and writes for technical publications.
