About the Author:
Randy was born in 1982 in Clovis, NM and moved with His Mom shortly thereafter to Colorado. His mother remarried when he was 18 months old to an African American Pastor from North Carolina. They had two daughters together. Growing up as a Caucasian kid in a mixed family gave him a very unique perspective on life. He went to college at The University of Northern Colorado. Then studied business marketing and Entrepreneurship at the Monfort School of business where He graduated from in 2006. Aside from the little businesses he started as a kid and in college, he started a construction company in late 2006. By 2009 He lost just about everything due to the mortgage crisis. Through unrelenting determination, faith, and hard work he was able to turn that construction business around into one to the top roofing and home improvement companies in the country. Randy currently has nearly 100 people working his company including nearly all his immediate family. He built the company on the principals of Faith, Family, Honesty and Integrity.
