New Jersey Author Dawn Sipos to Sign Books at Prestigious Book Event in New York

 
Sipos, the author of a children’s book titled Leola The Tailless Cub (Christian Faith Publishing, 2016), is expected to attend America’s largest annual book trade fair for a scheduled book signing session on June 2 at 12:30-01:30 PM at the Javits Center in New York. The 2018 BookExpo will take place on May 30 until June 2.
 
The author will sign copies of Leola The Tailless Cub, an uplifting story of a tiger cub who discovers she is unlike the other cubs. Leola is a happy tiger cub who lives in a rock dwelling with her mother Malika, a great tigress, and her siblings Hanna and Mico.
 
One day Leola realizes she is tailless; in other words, she does not have a tail like Hanna, Mico, and the other cubs do. This contributes to her lack of self-esteem. She then struggles to understand how it feels to be different until she meets a panther who helps her see things differently and above all, raise her morale.
 
Revolving around the themes of identity, creation, and friendship, the story aims to help children develop self-esteem and appreciate their individual differences (or uniqueness). The journey to building a positive self-image is a joyful and inspiring experience, especially when one meets friends who will provide them useful advice.
