HBIS Products Shining In The 19th National Congress of CPC Report

Tiangong In Space, Jiaolong In Deep Ocean, Wukong Satellite, Mozi Communication Satellite, Big Plane Taking Off... the report of 19^thNational Congress of CPC identified the major scientific and technological accomplishments of the country and made the nationals proud. To the HBIS people, they are more proud of their products making contributions in those projects.

The domestically made C919 airplane is being call the pearl on the crown. The core equipment manufacturing the airplane, the world’s largest 80,000ton Die Forging Press, chose HBIS high thickness arc slag steel plates to build  all the load bearing frames. The state-of-the-art 2348tons of HBIS plates became the country’s first ever steel plates meet the requirements of this forging press. The diameter 500m, the world’s largest aperture spherical radio telescope,the “Chinese FAST” adopted the HBIS made high quality angles and on site services. In orbital docking of Tiangong space station, in Shenzhou Manned spacecraft, in Chang’e lunar exploration project, HBIS high thickness and width plates have played a major role in the projects. From the aerospace industry, HBIS Wusteel plates have won honors of “Medal of China’s First Manned In Orbit Docking Mission”and the “Extraordinary Supplier of Chinese Aerospace Industry”. 

Besides the major national projects listed in the NC of CCP report, HBIS has been winning contracts in many major national scientific research projects. In the country’s largest CSNS project, HBIS participated the construction and equipment installation of the spectrometer steel shielding project, tunnel steel shielding, and the exterior & interior steel shielding of target station.HBIS delivered 5000tons of equipment material and 7000tons of plates to the projects in total. From Plate rolling to further processing, the products won the praises from the Chinese Academy of Sciences. In the country’s first homemade high throughput communication satellite, launched in April earlier this year, HBIS provided the high performance “Space Class Xenon Gas”. It is the first time of the country that in the Shijian 13rd high orbit and long-life communication satellite project, the Chinese adopted 100% of domestically made equipment on engineering application level. The HBIS made Xenon Gas became first of the country and stopped the 40 years of market monopoly of foreign products and promoted the country’s rare gas brands.      

 Taking the responsibilities of “Representing The National Industry and Playing the National Role”, HBIS has adopted an innovation oriented strategy and successfully developed high end steel products to all industries of the economy. Besides making score in major national level projects, Major Scientific & Technological Projects and engineering project, HBIS high performance  products are now shining in the world stage along the route of Belt & Road Initiative, promoting the brands of the group.
