About the Author

Baynton attended Michigan State University and, without finishing his studies, served in the US Navy. Later, after finishing his degree, he worked in various companies, including a cabinet-making and home-construction company, a prefabricated-home-builder company in Dearborn, a home-building company in New York, and a timber-and-building products firm in Minneapolis. He then formed a cabinet & countertop fabricator company in Virginia, where he now resides. After selling the business, Baynton earned an MBA from Radford University and continues to be engaged in business consulting.
