FileKeeper, Inc. Announces New Board Member Appointment

Knoxville, TN (February 20, 2006) - FileKeeper, Inc., the leading provider of continuous data protection software for Windows laptop and desktop PCs, today announced that it has elected Olivier J. Thierry as a Director of the Company. Mr. Thierry’s appointment to the Board is effective immediately.
With over thirty years experience in several areas of computers and software systems, Mr. Thierry has a rich experience in developing, implementing, selling and marketing enterprise software, both domestically and internationally with organizations such as NetIQ Corporation, Mission Critical Software, Amdahl, Boole & Babbage, KPMG, and Burroughs. Most recently, Mr. Thierry served as Senior Vice President Worldwide Marketing and Alliances at NetIQ Corporation where he was responsible for the company’s worldwide marketing efforts. Mr. Thierry also led NetIQ’s strategic partnership initiatives with other leading technology firms including Microsoft. Mr. Thierry received his Bachelor of Commerce degree with a joint major in both Marketing and Computers and Systems from McGill University.
