The Terrain in South Florida wil never be the same.

With the introduction of the five-passenger 2010 Terrain crossover SUV, GMC is forever changing the automotive landscape in South Florida. The all-new Terrain takes the GMC tradition of innovation and professional grade engineering to the next level, combining segment-best fuel economy and premium features with a body design that’s anything but flat.

With a new, direct injection 2.4L four-cylinder engine, the all new Terrain will deliver best-
in-segment highway fuel economy of 30 mpg. Maximum fuel economy is achieved in part with an “ECO” mode that is activated via a console-mounted button. When engaged, it lowers the torque converter lockup speed to 1,125 rpm to help save fuel on models equipped with the 2.4L engine. A 3.0L DOHC direct injected 264 horsepower V-6 engine will also be available. Both engines are teamed with efficiency-enhancing six-speed automatic transmissions and offer a refined, confident driving experience. Whatever engine you choose, you’ll get up to 500 miles on a tank of gas.

The new Terrain offers a comprehensive package of premium features, including a programmable power liftgate for easy access to rear cargo, a standard USB port for your iPod or mp3 player, and standard in-mirror rear vision camera. The Terrain was also designed for maximum passenger comfort, with best-in-class maximum second row seating. Exclusive MultiFlex seating can travel 8 inches forward and back to provide more legroom than a full-size SUV.

“The new Terrain brings GMC’s history of innovation and engineering excellence into a
smaller, fuel-efficient package for today’s buyer,” said Susan Docherty, Buick-Pontiac-
GMC vice president. “The capability attributes that make a vehicle a GMC are ingrained
in Terrain, making it an appealing choice for existing traditional SUV customers who are
looking for distinctive styling and increased efficiency.”

From wide open highways to city driving, the all new GMC Terrain is engineered to exceed expectations, no matter what kind of terrain you find yourself on.
