AT&T is still the default network provider for the new iPhone 3.0; a quality even 2.2.1 consumers are not happy with

San Diego, California – June 17th 2009: Rumours that Apple Inc. might make their new iPhone handset compatible with network providers other than AT&T have been quashed in the countdown to its release. Consumers are now being forced to decide whether they will continue to put up with AT&T or to unlock iPhone 3.0 handsets using an online software package.

For many, making the decision to unlock 3g iPhone 2.2.1 (the latest firmware) and upcoming 3.0 handsets is simple; they’re going to do it. This is especially true of consumers living in countries with little or no AT&T coverage at all.

To unlock any iPhone, even the latest iPhone 3GS handsets, users simply download a specific program to their computer, which they then link up to their iPhone via USB cable.

“Since the iPhone was released to the public, it has taken the mobile world by storm” says Michael Cera, CEO of iPhone Unlocking Solutions, “Unfortunately, if you do not have AT&T service or you live in a country where AT&T is not available then you have no way of using the iPhone. This is exactly why we’ve developed our unlocking software - to allow customers to use the iPhone with any cell phone service"

Since California-based company iPhone Unlocking Solutions was founded in 2005 they have managed to Unlock iPhone 3.0 handsets well over 1 million times. With their updated software ready well before the expected 3.0 release date, there’s no doubt that this figure will continue to rise.

Prospective iPhone 3.0 buyers had their hopes raised earlier this month with rumors that founding company Apple Inc. would make the handsets compatible with other network providers than AT&T. Recent revelations have shown the rumors to be nothing more than exactly that, yet consumers are still able to use their handsets with other providers if they unlock iPhone 3g handsets with software from San Diegan company iPhone Unlocking Solutions.
