USP Journal and EndUserSharePoint.com Provides SharePoint Designer Workflow Training

Learning SharePoint Designer workflows is more important than ever, with the recent release of SharePoint Designer as a free download. Understanding SharePoint Journal (www.understandingsharepoint.com/journal) has now partnered with EndUserSharePoint.com to bring a new issue of the journal, focused on introducing users to business process management with SharePoint Designer in an easy and understandable manner.

Microsoft released SharePoint Designer as a free download on April 2, 2009, triggering massive downloads and an even greater demand for training. SharePoint is the fastest growing product in Microsoft’s history, and organizations are investing in SharePoint Designer training to increase return on investment for their SharePoint installations. Employees benefit from learning SharePoint and SharePoint Designer to help secure or return to jobs in these difficult financial times.

However, finding and consuming the right training has been difficult at best. In a survey conducted among selected USP Journal readers, 55% of respondents cited lack of easily accessible training as their primary reason for not utilizing SharePoint Designer in their daily work.
