SAN DIEGO, February. 13 - Today at the HIMSS conference in San Diego, Alcatel (NYSE: ALA; Paris: CCEP.PA) is announcing a health care communications solution enabling physicians, nurses and medical staff to advance the workflow processes of health care delivery, creating more time for patients and improving the quality of care.
