Huawei Software Consumer Service Partner Conference 2009 Held in Shenzhen

Shenzhen, China .- Huawei, a leader in providing next-generation telecommunication solutions to operators around the world, held its Software Consumer Service Partner Conference 2009 in Shenzhen on March 26, and 27. More than 40 companies and over 150 professionals, including Huawei executives, industrial consultants and business partners, participated in this conference.

Huawei has also updated its SDP solution at the conference, which is beyond a platform for new service innovation on next generation service network. Through this SDP, Huawei will be enabled to offer both end-to-end solutions and on-site supporting R&D centers to ensure the customers’ business success. Huawei encouraged all the partners to participate in the service innovation on SDP, and released the cooperation procedure and plan.

By end of 2008, Huawei SDP has been widely selected by more than 80 operators. In February, 2009, Huawei and Telefonica have signed a framework contract to deploy SDP serving all countries in Telefonica’ s Latin American region.
