Springbok Services Hires Senior Vice President of Human Resources

ENGLEWOOD, Colo., — April 13, 2009 — Springbok Services has enhanced its executive management team with the addition of L. Kelly Bolin, Ph.D., senior vice president of human resources. Bolin brings 18 years of strategic organizational development experience to Springbok and will be instrumental in overseeing the company’s progress as it augments its leadership position in the prepaid card industry.

Bolin has held senior leadership positions at North Highland, Mercer and PricewaterhouseCoopers, and has advised many Fortune 500 companies in areas of organizational effectiveness, human capital strategy, process redesign, organizational change strategy, leadership development, cost reduction and talent management.

Bolin joined Springbok from North Highland Company where he served as practice leader for both the human capital service area as well as the organizational strategy service area for one of the fastest growing global companies.

Bolin’s experience also spans a variety of senior level positions for Mercer HR Consulting, IBM Business Consulting and Ernst & Young Management Consulting. In the early 1990s, he founded The Bolin Group, a management consulting practice, in partnership with the Organizational Development Center in Los Angeles.

He holds a doctorate in organizational psychology and a master’s degree in organizational behavior from the California School of Organizational Studies in Los Angeles/CSPP-LA and a bachelor’s degree in psychology from Pepperdine University.
