New EBIA title “Employee Benefits for Domestic Partners” provides law analyses and guidance tools

A new title has been added to the extensive, authoritative content on Checkpoint -- Employee Benefits for Domestic Partners: Design, Taxation, and Administration. This EBIA (Employee Benefits Institute of America) title helps employee benefits professionals (i.e., attorneys, third-party administrators, and corporate benefits specialists) manage the administrative and compliance requirements of their domestic partner benefits. It includes analyses, explanations, charts, tables, checklists, and sample documents such as affidavits, tax certifications, and summary plan description (SPD) language.
