Hill & Knowlton appointed as Expo 2010’s PR agency

Shanghai – Hill & Knowlton has been appointed as the World Expo 2010 Shanghai China’s official public relations service provider.

Zhu Yonglei, deputy director general of the Bureau of Shanghai World Expo Coordination, said during the ceremony on April 3rd that the preparation for Expo 2010 has entered a crucial stage and so has its public relations service. Zhu said he looked forward to further professional advice from Hill & Knowlton.

“We are certainly very pleased and proud to be appointed as an official PR agency for Expo 2010 by the Expo Bureau. We will provide our support and leverage our global network and expertise to contribute to a successful Expo in 2010,” said David Zhao, managing director of Hill & Knowlton Shanghai.
