J.P. Morgan Worldwide Securities Services Appointed By Russian Private Equity Firm


The mandate is J.P. Morgan’s first by a Russian private equity firm

London, J.P. Morgan Worldwide Securities Services today announced that its Private Equity Fund Services business has been appointed by Marshall Capital Partners, a Russian private equity firm, to provide private equity fund administration. Marshall Capital, whose investors include Russian institutional and international investors, has $2.5 billion of assets under management.

The appointment is J.P. Morgan’s first for its Private Equity Fund Services in Russia. Marshall Capital is an existing client of J.P. Morgan Treasury & Securities Services, which provides escrow and global cash management services for the firm.
