Internet Central Clinches NHS Web Hosting Deal

Keele University School of Pharmacy which operates the website for the NHS National Prescribing Centre, has selected Internet Central Ltd to provide a dedicated hosting solution.

The National Prescribing Centre website (NPCi) www.npci.org.uk is a new and radically different NHS learning resource designed specifically for busy health care professionals and managers. The content covers prescribing, therapeutics and medicines management and is laid out as a virtual building.

The School of Pharmacy recognised that an effective hosting strategy would be central to its continued success and needed a hosting solution that would be reliable, quick and flexible to the needs of the NPC. It commissioned Internet Central to undertake a comprehensive re-evaluation of its hosting services and was impressed by the way in which Internet Central were able to provide a bespoke package.
