MakeMusic! Names Wolff Chairman; Further Top-Management Positioning For Future Growth

MINNEAPOLIS -- January 4, 2005 -- MakeMusic! Inc. (NASDAQ:MMUS) announced today that as of January 1, 2005 the Board of Directors has appointed CEO William R. Wolff as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer. Former Chairman, Sean Lafleur, remains a Director and an investor of the Company.
