Internet Radio Station Celebrates Milestone

http://kccaferadio.com celebrates milestone. Kathy Forste, Music Director states “one year ago at Larry Garrett’s ”My Old Neighborhood“ Songwriter’s Circle we announced the launch of KC Cafe Radio”

Musicians attending that evening were the first of many KC Cafe Performing Artists David Hakan, Larry Garrett, Kristen Hart, Harry Hewlett and Duane Woner. were among the first to spreading the word about The Café.

Originally conceived as a showcase for Kansas City area musicians, KC Cafe Radio received incredible support from area musicians.

On May 30, 2008 KC Cafe officially launched with a party in downtown Lee’s Summit, Missouri, featuring 17 KC Cafe Performing Artists appearing before a crowd of over 120 spectators.

One year later, KC Cafe Radio continues to evolve.

They recently expanded the scope of the station to include musicians from around the world.

Teri Wilder and Bry provide excellent voice work on the Café.

John Dutton is the operations director and Mark Riddle is the Marketing director of this fast growing internet radio station.
