Alcatel-Lucent selects Zintel as Premium Business Partner

Alcatel-Lucent (Euronext Paris et NYSE: ALU) today announced that New Zealand ICT company Zintel has been selected as a Premium Business Partner. Under the agreement, Zintel will offer the full suite of Alcatel-Lucent enterprise IP communications solutions to the local market.

Alcatel-Lucent’s Channel Manager Rebecca Hick says the partnership with Zintel will benefit New Zealand’s rapidly evolving enterprise market as companies begin to fulfill the vision of the “dynamic enterprise”. The “dynamic enterprise” vision ties together a business’ key resources of network, people, process and knowledge to deliver a superior customer experience.

“Zintel is recognised as a leading provider of ICT solutions,” says Hick. “Its partnership with Alcatel-Lucent will enable Zintel to deliver a new and exciting range of products including leading-edge IP telephony, network infrastructure, contact centres, mobility, and unified communications solutions. “With Alcatel-Lucent’s portfolio, Zintel can address large businesses including in the healthcare industry as well as government customers” she added.

The Alcatel-Lucent IP communications suite is also sold in New Zealand through partners Cogent and Datacraft.
