Causes Behind the Massive Prision Release: Full Disclosure Network Video Report


Los Angeles, CA. Deputy District Attorney Steve Ipsen, President Association of the Deputy District Attorney Association accuses California politicians of deliberately sabotaging the California Prison system thus setting the stage for a massive prison release program now underway.
